For School Leaders
Founding Partner Program
A school-level partnership inviting Australian public schools to join SeedTree as founding partners — free access to our full platform in exchange for real-classroom feedback during our early stage.
Partnership Tiers
We offer two distinct partnership structures, depending on how your institution fits into our rollout:
Tier 1 — Secondary Founding Partner School (one school only)
A single Australian secondary school with a dedicated aviation pathway will be selected as our Secondary Founding Partner. This school receives access to the entire SeedTree mathematics platform — not just aviation content — across all year levels and subjects, free of charge. The partnership runs as a one-year pilot followed by indefinite free renewal, contingent on mutual satisfaction. No end-of-life date. This tier is capped at one school.
Tier 2 — Topic-by-Topic Partner Schools
All other partner schools receive access to SeedTree on a topic-by-topic basis. Our content is modular — start with the topics most relevant to your cohort (aviation mathematics, bearings, trigonometry, foundation numeracy, etc.) and expand as you and your teachers find value. We tailor the rollout to your curriculum.
What All Partner Schools Receive
- Aviation-context mathematics authored by a current commercial airline pilot (formerly ROKAF fighter pilot, now flying long-haul US routes). Every scenario is technically accurate and classroom-ready.
- Teacher time savings — our generator system lets teachers create unlimited unique worksheets and practice sets in minutes, not hours. Reusable across Year 7 to Year 12.
- Priority support & feature requests— founding partners help shape the roadmap. We prioritise your feedback.
- Recognition — partner school logo and profile featured on this site and in our case studies.
What We Ask in Return
- Quarterly feedback sessions (approximately one hour) with a nominated teacher or head of faculty
- Permission to use the school name and a short testimonial in our case studies
- Willingness to serve as a reference for other prospective partner schools
- Good-faith classroom use during the pilot year — not a usage quota, just genuine engagement
TAFE Aviation Programs
TAFE and RTO Aviation programs face a well-documented challenge: many students enter with numeracy gaps that block progress through Part 66 Module 1 mathematics, affecting completion rates and putting pressure on teaching staff.
We offer a vertical partnership scoped to Aviation pathway students only:
- Free access for students enrolled in Aviation programs (Part 66, pilot pathway, aerospace)
- Self-paced practice to supplement classroom teaching — students fill numeracy gaps outside lecture time
- Aviation-context problems reviewed by a current commercial airline pilot
- Generator-based unlimited practice — teachers focus on technical content, not remedial maths
- Optional aggregate usage reporting (anonymised) to help demonstrate completion-rate impact
Expansion to other TAFE programs (Engineering, Nursing, Trades, Business) is handled as separate agreements once domain-expert content is available.
Priority & Capacity
Because we cover all delivery, support, and hosting costs ourselves, the Founding Partner cohort is capped at a small number of schools. We release access in this priority order:
- TAFE and RTO Aviation programs (Part 66, pilot pathway, aerospace) — scoped to Aviation students only
- Secondary schools with a direct aviation or aerospace connection (AGISP, Aviation High, dedicated aeroskills programs)
- Public Primary & Secondary Schools serving communities where access to quality mathematics enrichment is most needed
Capacity expands as fundraising and institutional support grow.
Our Partners
We are currently in conversation with our first founding partner schools. Partners will be introduced here as agreements are finalised.
First partner announcement coming soon.
